1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold through gardenssrinsing.world are digital downloads delivered via email. No physical items are shipped. Due to the nature of digital content, certain restrictions apply to returns as described below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital products, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Once digital content has been delivered and accessed, the right of withdrawal may be waived with your prior consent at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The product was not delivered within the stated timeframe (2 business days).
• The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and a replacement cannot be provided.
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the product.
• A duplicate purchase was made in error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed.
• The request is made after the 14-day withdrawal period without a valid technical issue.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The timing of credit appearing in your account depends on your payment provider.

7. Product Issues

If you experience technical difficulties with a downloaded product, contact us before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or alternative format.
